Shipping And Delivery
We ship to all EU countries.
Orders to some countries are sent by PPL(DHL) distribution network, which contains of different leading transport companies in each country, somewhere courier, somewhere post. And to some countries we ship directly by Czech Post. All parcels are with insurance.
Shipping single carrier to all countries is 12 €.
Additional charge is 2€ per extra item.
As we recieve payment, we will send you email that your parcel is shipped. With courier delivery, there will be 2 delivery attepmts, if they are both unsuccessfull, the parcel is automatically sent back to us. In case the delivery address was wrong, the costs for a new shipment are at the private’s client expense. With local post delivery, everything is subject to local rules.
